Our 10-week courses will be a blend of :
- intensive in-class theoeretical lessons and interactiveconversation classes.
- community outings with classmates and instructors in the target language.

This 10 week course consists of 50 hours of interactive grammar, conversation classes, and socio-cultural community visits. Our French as a Second Language courses are based on the Canadian Benchmarks, levels of linguistic competencies for Canadians. The course will also offer a workplace component that will enable you to improve your performance in a work environment. Additionally, you can expect to work with some of the A-B-C leveled simulations for test preparation. You can expect to spend: – 5 hours a week on campus improving your grammatical skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

How to register?
Register by phone, if you wish to pay with a credit card, 613 742-2483, ext.:2371 or toll free 1 800 267-2483.
Register in person at the Registrar's Office, if you wish to pay by credit card, cash or bank debit card, at La Cité collégiale, 801 Aviation Parkway, Pavillion A, ground floor.
Late fees :
Please note that a $10 fee will be charged to students who enroll after the first course.
How to get an official transcript:
Students can order their official transcript by contacting the Registrar's Office at 613 742-2483 or by visiting our website macitecollegiale.com
Refund policy and withdrawal
45 to 60 hours in-class courses
If you decide to withdraw from a course and would like to receive a partial refund ($35 administration fee), you need to notify the Registrar's Office in writing within the first 10 days of the course. You can send your request by fax 613 742-2481, by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or in person.
Failure to do so will result in an "EC" notation (failure/échec) on the student's record.
No refund after the 10th day of class start date.
Cancellation notice: The College reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient registration. If this situation occurs, a full refund will be issued.
What is auditing a course?
If you do not wish to complete class assignments, tests or formal evaluations, you may decide to audit a course. This status must be declared at the time of registration and cannot be changed to credit status or vice versa once the course has started. As you will have no marks, you will not receive an official transcript at the end of the course.
T2202A – tax form: If you wish to receive a printed T2202A form to apply for tax credit, please note that you are required to submit your Social Insurance Number upon registration.
